I am so happy right now!Club Penguin is going to have a party!But not just 1, BUT 2!First one is the  CLUB PENGUIN'S 4TH ANNIVERSARY!!!I remember last year's it was so awesome PLUS I was there in times square, and I saw Billybob in real life O.o anyways this year is gonna rock cause the halloween party comes 3 days after the first party!Here is a sneak peak of it:
